Referral Programme Terms

1. General

These Terms govern participation in the Quaize referral programme and supplement the Terms of Use. By taking part in the programme you agree to these Terms.

The programme is open to holders of teacher accounts. Players who join a game with a PIN and never register do not take part.

2. Definitions

• Referrer — a participant who shares their personal referral link.
• Referral — a user who creates a teacher account after following a referral link.
• Referral balance — an amount in roubles credited to a referrer under this programme. It is recorded inside the service and is not money.

3. How the programme works

1. The "Invite" section gives you a personal link. You may share it with colleagues by any means you like.
2. A user who follows your link and registers a teacher account is attributed to you. Attribution happens once, at registration, and does not change afterwards.
3. When that user pays for a paid subscription (Plus, Pro or Max, any period) for the first time, a reward is credited to your referral balance.

4. Reward amount

The reward equals one month of the subscription your referral actually paid for: the payment amount is divided by the number of months in the period paid and rounded to the nearest kopeck.

For example, if a referral buys an annual plan for ₽4,990, the reward is ₽4,990 ÷ 12 ≈ ₽415.83.

There is no limit on how many people you may invite or on the total rewards you may earn.

5. When a reward is granted

A reward is credited when all of the following are true:

• the referral registered after following your link and is attributed to you;
• the referral made their first successful payment for a paid subscription. Renewals and later payments by the same user earn nothing.

Earning does not depend on your own plan: any teacher may invite colleagues and accumulate balance, including on the free plan. The restriction applies only to spending what you have earned — see section 6.

6. Using the balance

Balance becomes spendable after your first subscription payment. Until you have paid for a Quaize subscription at least once, your balance is shown in your account and keeps growing, but is not applied to payment: your first payment is charged in full. After that first successful payment the balance unlocks.

Unlocked balance can be spent on your own Quaize subscription — when changing plan, subscribing again, or on automatic renewal. Spending is controlled by a switch in the interface.

• The balance is applied against the price of the subscription; the remainder is paid as usual. If your balance exceeds the price, the unused part stays for future payments.
• Because of a payment-provider limit, the minimum charge is ₽1, and that amount is always taken from your card.
• Referral balance and promo codes do not stack. Only one of the two applies to a given payment.
• The balance does not expire.

7. Restrictions

Referral balance:

• is not money, electronic money, or a gift certificate;
• cannot be paid out, cashed out, refunded, or transferred to another user;
• cannot be used to pay for anything other than a Quaize subscription.

8. Abuse

Creating accounts in order to reward yourself, registering referrals on behalf of other people without their knowledge, and distributing your referral link in ways that break the law or the rules of the platform you post it on — including spam — are not permitted.

Where we find such activity we may void the reward, zero the referral balance, and withdraw access to the programme. Inviting yourself is not counted automatically.

9. Refunds

If a referral's payment is refunded, we may adjust the referral balance by the corresponding amount.

10. Changes and termination

We may change the terms of the programme, including the size of the reward, and may suspend or end the programme. We will give notice of material changes in advance. Balance credited before a change is retained and may be used as described in section 6.
