Frequently asked questions
The questions our support team hears most often.
It depends on your plan: up to 50 players per game on Free, up to 150 on Plus, up to 500 on Pro and up to 1000 on Max.
The platform itself has been load-tested with 5,000 simultaneous participants, so large lectures, conferences and company events are well within reach. Planning an event for several hundred people? Message us in advance and we'll help you prepare.
The free plan has no time limit and includes games for up to 50 participants, 100 AI credits per month, 3 groups and 3 assignments running at once. Every question type, reports and Excel export are available without paying.
Paid plans lift those limits and add the advanced AI model and custom themes. Current prices are on the Pricing page. Schools and universities get a discount.
In your dashboard click "Create game" and pick a source: a description of the topic, a PDF or Word file, or a link to an article. The AI drafts the questions in about half a minute — everything stays editable afterwards.
Generating costs AI credits: the price depends on the source, the number of questions and their difficulty, and is shown before you start. Credits reset every month.
Graded: Quiz (2–4 options, one or several correct), True/False, Type answer (free text) and Reorder.
Without a right answer: Word cloud and Poll — they gather opinions rather than test knowledge. There is also a Slide: a screen with material and no question, for explaining something in the middle of a game.
Yes. Word cloud accepts free text and Poll offers a choice of options. Neither is graded and neither awards points.
Keep in mind that the collected answers are shown on the host screen so the group can see the overall picture. A player's rank still appears — the platform was built for testing knowledge, and the leaderboard runs through the whole game.
You run a live game yourself: everyone answers at the same time and the questions come from a shared screen. An assignment works differently — you hand out the quiz with a deadline and each person completes it on their own, whenever suits them.
Results land in Reports: who finished, who didn't, and with what score. The free plan allows 3 assignments running at once; completed ones don't count.
A group is a named roster of participants. When you start a game in group mode, players pick themselves from the list instead of inventing a nickname, so results are tied to a real person and build up from game to game. You can import the whole roster at once, and use any identifier instead of a name — employee numbers, student IDs.
Two participants can pick the same name: that is deliberate, for people in the room who genuinely share one.
A participant opens quaize.ru/join, enters the 6-digit PIN from the host screen and types a name. No sign-up and no app install — any phone with a browser will do.
The PIN only works while the session is running.
Every session is saved to Reports automatically. You get the leaderboard, a breakdown of each question — how many answered it correctly — and each participant's individual answers. The report exports to Excel.
Yes — Discover collects public quizzes from other authors. Run any of them straight away, or copy one into your library and rework it. You can publish your own games too, with the "Publish" button in your library.
Write to us in support chat or at support@quaize.ru and describe what happened — if it was a mistake at checkout we'll refund you so you can buy the plan you actually need. The refund procedure is set out in the offer.
