Public Offer

This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter — the "Offer") by the Quaize service (hereinafter — the "Provider") and contains all material terms of a service agreement for providing access to the functionality of the Quaize platform.

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer under applicable law. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer is deemed to occur when the User registers on the Quaize platform and/or pays for the Provider's services.

2. Terms and Definitions

• Provider — the Quaize service that grants access to the Platform.
• User — an individual or legal entity that has accepted this Offer.
• Platform — the Quaize software and hardware complex accessible through quaize.ru and related domains.
• Services — providing the User with access to the Platform's functionality under the terms of the selected pricing plan.

3. Subject of the Offer

The Provider undertakes to render services granting the User access to the functionality of the Quaize Platform, and the User undertakes to accept and pay for such services in the manner and on the terms established by this Offer and the selected pricing plan.

4. Acceptance of the Offer

Acceptance of this Offer is deemed to occur upon any of the following actions by the User:

• Completing registration on the Platform.
• Paying for the Provider's services under the selected pricing plan.
• Beginning actual use of the Platform's functionality.

5. Cost of Services and Payment Terms

The cost of services is defined by the current pricing plans published on the Pricing page. The Provider is entitled to unilaterally change the cost of services, notifying the User at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Payment is made via non-cash payment systems integrated with the Platform. The User's payment obligations are deemed fulfilled upon receipt of funds by the Provider.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Provider undertakes to:

• Ensure round-the-clock access to the Platform, except during scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Provide technical support within the scope of the selected pricing plan.
• Notify the User of material changes to the terms of service.

7. Liability of the Parties

The Parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with applicable law. The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or interruptions in Platform operation caused by force majeure or the actions of third parties.

8. Refunds

Refunds of paid funds are issued in case of technical inability to provide services due to the Provider's fault. Refund requests should be sent to support@quaize.ru and are processed within 10 business days. Funds for services already rendered are non-refundable.

9. Term and Termination

This Offer takes effect upon acceptance by the User and remains in force until terminated by either Party. The User may cease using the Platform at any time by deleting their account.
